Brief Description

Ad-hoc calls

£30 for 1st  hour. £15 subsequent hours

Most basic PC's problem are resolved within the first hour. So you don't have to pay more with us.

Application support (On Site)

£100-£500 per day

From simple off the shelf to complex bespoke application. You will be covered by competent support consultants to keep those application running. 

Hardware Maintenance

£150-£500 per month

Depending on the number of hardware in an organisation. This may include PC's, Printers, Laptops, Servers e.t.c. This product is offered to monthly billed customers.

Equipment Decommission

£250-£350 per day

A consultant will be fully dedicated to your order and will complete either your software or hardware decommission to your satisfaction and to legal regulations.

Absence or Holiday cover for IT Personnel

£200-£400 per day

Cover for any IT personnel from Top Down. This will be on a short period only. If you require an extension period it will be discussed separately.

Training (Fast Track)

£200 pay day

This is based on one to one training. A certified Trainer will handled the course. You will have to name what you want to learn and instructor will be provided. Arrangements available for group training (More than 1 person)

Software Design and Development

£400 per day

Experienced Business Analyst will carry out the first stage of the development cycle (Establish User Requirement). The stated amount is valid for this period only after which prices will be agreed based on the scope of the project.
